Your Pilates journey with us
Finding your feet
You find your space and breath, the right tension on the machine, and the best post-workout coffee nearby. None of it takes long.
Familiar faces
You start recognising people. An instructor fixes one thing about your ribcage and the movement turns into a different exercise.
Your regular slot
You have a slot. Tuesday at 6:30, or whatever yours turns out to be. That is the point where people stop deciding and start showing up.
I feel so comfortable, cozy, and at ease at Fortides. And yet, my body is sore the next day in a way that makes me feel like progress is being made...I’m a big fan. So happy to live near these studios.

Whatever you would wear to the gym, plus grip socks. Grip socks are required on the reformer for safety and we sell them at the desk for if you forget yours. Everything else is here for you!

No, and there is nothing to cancel. When the five are done you can buy a class pack, join a membership, or do nothing at all. We will email you once to ask how it went. That is the extent of it!
